called the Total Access FSA Control Center. There you
can view eligibility status, account balances, claims
history, reimbursements and account summaries for each
employee enrolled in Total Access FSA.
You
also enjoy "total access" to critical information about
your company's plans. Through your dedicated portal,
you can access real-time reports online. You may obtain
monthly or other
periodic reports through your online portal including:

> Enter your site manager User ID and password.

do participants log on to their Total Access FSA portal?
To access portals for education and account activity,
employees go to the web address assigned
for your organization and enter using a User ID and
password. FSA participants will have a personalized
User ID and password, while others within your organization
will use a universal
User ID and password.
What's
the web address?
The address for the employee portal starts with your
company name in place of the customary "www" and ends
with ".mybenergy.com." So, it will look like this: http://yourcompanyname.mybenergy.com.
What
are the User IDs and passwords?
Individual User IDs and passwords are assigned when
employees enroll in Total Access FSA. The User ID is
the Social Security Number separated with hyphens (e.g.,
123-45-6789). Passwords do not follow a convention.
